Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report of your MRI says as normal with age related changes.
2.As age related changes there are few changes seen in the brain when small vessels get occluded.
3.This happens due to the systemic diseases like diabetes, hypertension and vascular pathologies - which does not need active intervention / treatment, just need to take good care of underlying medical condition.
4.If in younger age demyelinating diseases do show similar findings ( abnormal formation of the myelin ) there are multiple causes in this area.
5.In present case you don't have to worry, get revised treatment if necessary. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
